Keena Healthcare Technology is seeking a remote Senior Altera TouchWorks Systems Analyst 1099 Subcontractor (SATSAS). The position will assist the Client Success team in supporting its Altera TouchWorks EHR (TWEHR) client base.
Specifically, the SATSAS will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with TWEHR upgrades, including providing education, configuration guidance, configuration services as requested, system testing, training, documentation, and go-live support
- Support for existing TWEHR clients with a variety of application requests
The winning candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience working within TWEHR and/or supporting it including expertise experience on v20+
- Experience in the process of upgrading from v19 to v20+ of the EHR Platform
- 3+ years’ experience with SSMT configuration and support
- Mastery of MS Excel
- Knowledge of the Works database
- Experience with CMT
- Configuration that leads to end-user optimization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical issues and ideas to a non-technical audience
- Previous experience working productively and cooperatively within a team environment
- Recognition of the importance of security and discretion in dealing with sensitive data
- Demonstrated strong project management skills and initiative
- Past experience with upgrades of TWEHR
- Demonstrated the ability to problem-solve and deliver innovative solutions when faced with obstacles
Additionally, the following skills are a plus:
- Familiarity with SQL and report writing is a plus
- Knowledge of industry quality payment program initiatives and clinical workflows
- a BS in Healthcare, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar degree.
